Bowlingual can supposedly analyze your dog’s bark and tell you exactly what your pet is trying to communicate. Its uses the Japan Acoustic Laboratory’s Animal Emotion Analysis System to determine whether Spot wants to play or just needs to go find a fire hydrant.
